The digital edge

Same pouch. A new idea on every front.

Transparency

Every project needs its own quote.

Choose a reference quantity for your request. We are not publishing prices yet: structure, feasible quantity, printing, conversion and logistics must be confirmed before quoting.

Reference quantities to explore: 1,000 · 2,500 · 5,000 units. Final minimums depend on production.

Digital printing avoids print plates; other project costs still need a quote.

The essentials

What's the minimum order?

The minimum depends on the available size, structure and conversion. We will review your target quantity and confirm a feasible option.

How long does it take?

Quote and production timing depend on format, material, and availability. We confirm timing in your proposal.

Do you ship to the US and Canada?

We can evaluate US and Canadian projects. Feasibility and shipping terms are confirmed in each proposal.

Is it food-safe?

The structure and food-contact documentation need validation for your product, market and supplier before production.

Do you help with launch content?

We can explore a concept render to help visualize your launch. The scope is confirmed in the proposal.

Do you make spout pouches or pouches with degassing valves?

We can evaluate spouts, valves, tear notches or special closures for the product. Availability and minimums need production confirmation.

Is a doypack the same as a stand-up pouch?

Doypack usually refers to flexible packaging that stands on its base. Closure and structure are specified for the intended use.

Why is digital cheaper for short runs?

Digital printing avoids making plates for artwork changes. This can favor short runs and variants; total cost also depends on material, conversion and logistics.

Can I test several flavors or editions without committing to volume?

We can review a variant run when designs share size and structure. Quantity and terms are confirmed in the proposal.

What pouch size do I need for 250 g of coffee?

We could explore 13 × 20 cm as a starting point, but actual capacity depends on density, gusset and filling. Test with real coffee before choosing a format.

Can you pack protein, creatine and green powders?

We can evaluate these products. Barrier, closure and volume depend on their moisture, light, filling and shelf-life requirements.

Do you make pouches for functional gummies and candy?

We can study gummies and candy, but film, seal and window choices need validation with samples and product requirements.

What determines production timing?

Printing, lamination, curing, pouch conversion, quality control, and shipping all need planning. We confirm the final schedule for each project before production.
