Privacy notice
Last updated: September 25, 2026
This notice describes what data this site collects, why, and how to exercise your rights, in line with Mexico's federal data-protection law (LFPDPPP). Visitors from other regions (e.g. GDPR or CCPA): the same rights apply through the same channel.
Controller
Pouché is an independent brand; the site is operated from Estado de México, Mexico. Send a request using the form at the end of this notice.
Data we process
Quote: brand, name, email, optional WhatsApp and website, target date and run details. Technical guide: your email. Privacy request: name, email and message. Basic public-page counts: UTC date, path and number of loads, without storing an IP address or visitor ID, even if you decline optional metrics. If you accept optional metrics, we record site events without your name or email.
Purposes
Responding to requests, recording interest in the technical guide and improving the site. Data is hosted with the infrastructure providers needed to operate the site; we do not sell it.
Cookies & local storage
Basic page counts use no cookies or identifiers. We store your privacy choice in your browser. If you accept optional metrics, we use session storage to remember arrival source and group events in that tab; we record pages, clicks in named zones, sections viewed, approximate active time per section and scroll depth. We do not record sessions, precise coordinates or form contents in analytics. If configured, we use self-hosted Umami without cookies. When you submit a request, we also save the arrival source with the project. No advertising or third-party cookies.
Your rights & withdrawal
Use the form on this page to request access, correction, deletion or objection, or to withdraw consent. You can also change metrics through “Cookie preferences”.
Changes to this notice
Any new version of this notice will be published on this page.
