Pouché

For launches and smaller batches

Short-run printed pouches for your next launch.

Request a short-run proposal

A new product should not require you to guess a large packaging order before you know what works. Tell us what you pack, how many pouches you are considering, and when you need them. We will review the format and production fit before quoting.

When a smaller run is useful

The useful question is not simply “What is the minimum?” It is which quantity lets you test the product without creating the wrong inventory.

What we will not assume

There is no universal minimum, unit price or turnaround time for every pouch. Size, film structure, filling method, artwork count, finish and production availability all affect feasibility. A small order may have a higher unit cost; we will make that tradeoff visible in the proposal.

Four choices that shape a short run

You can start with estimates. A physical reference pack or sample product helps us narrow the options.

01

Contents and protection

What goes inside, fill weight, desired shelf life and sensitivity to oxygen, moisture or light determine what must be validated before choosing film.

02

Pouch format

Stand-up or flat, approximate width and height, gusset, zipper, valve or other functional requirements. Fit and sealing need a production check.

03

Quantity by artwork

Tell us the total and how it splits across designs. Digital print can change artwork without a new plate for each version, but shared production depends on the full specification.

04

Launch plan

Destination country, target date and whether artwork is ready help us decide the next useful step. We confirm timing only after review.

Start with a practical brief

Unknown dimensions or unfinished artwork should not stop the conversation. Share what you know and mark the rest as undecided.

Before you request a quote

Can I order any quantity?

Not necessarily. The feasible minimum depends on the chosen structure and production setup. Give us your target quantity so we can assess it rather than promising an unsupported minimum.

Do I need finished artwork?

No. An early brief is enough to review format and feasibility. Final files and proof approval come later in the process.

Will digital printing always be cheaper?

No. It can avoid a new printing plate for each artwork and suit some smaller or changing lines, but the total project cost depends on materials, conversion, quantity and finishing.

Tell us what you are trying to launch.

We will turn the product, quantity and open questions into a reviewed packaging proposal, not an automatic price that ignores the specification.
