Custom printed pouches

Custom printed pouches for every version of your product.

Launching a flavor, testing several designs, or updating a pack? Tell us what you need to pack and how many of each version you need. We review format, material and production fit before preparing a proposal.

What shapes a proposal

Start with the contents and structure. Then the artwork.

01

What will you pack?

Product, fill weight or volume, intended shelf life, and sensitivity to moisture, oxygen or light. These details help evaluate film, barrier and seals. You do not need to know the exact structure to start.

02

Which shape and size?

We can review a stand-up or lay-flat pouch. Width, height and gusset affect capacity, printable area and production. Share dimensions from an existing pack, or start with your product and a physical sample.

03

How many of each design?

Give both the total quantity and the split by flavor, origin or edition. Digital printing can change artwork without a new plate per version; combining designs in production also depends on size, structure, material and conversion.

Shared formats, when the product fits

We are developing more repeatable size-and-structure options for small and midsize projects. A common format may make planning easier, but it does not guarantee that separate orders can share production. We first confirm product fit, material and capacity with the producer. You can also request a custom size.

Before approving print

A proof should identify the artwork version, dimensions, seal area, material, orientation and what the customer must check. A visual proof does not replace a physical test of the pouch, filling process or final color on the selected substrate.

A concrete example: coffee editions by origin

Imagine a core coffee and two seasonal lots. If the product and format allow it, we can explore one size and structure with different artwork for each origin. Digital printing removes the need for a new plate for each artwork; it does not remove the need to review barrier, valve, seals, quantities per version or production availability.

What happens after you send a brief

  1. 01

    We review the product

We identify what the pack needs to protect and which facts are missing for a structure review.

  2. 02

    We scope options

We check format, quantities per artwork, requested finishes and destination against producer capability. We do not assume minimums or timelines before that review.

  3. 03

    We prepare a proposal

If there is a feasible route, we define the specification and next validations before final pricing or artwork approval.

You can start a proposal with four facts

Final artwork and material selection can come later. We do not show automatic prices: cost and minimum quantity depend on the specification and production review.
